Important Information

  • This is valid for 30 days travel anywhere on Greyhound Australia’s network between Melbourne and Cairns, backtrack and repeat trips as much as you like
  • Check your ticket for information in regards to your tours
  • First day of travel must commence 12 months from the purchase date and expires 30 days after that
  • During peak season (December – March inclusive) there are a larger number of travelers which means coaches and tours fill up months in advance
  • We strongly recommend you book as far in advance as possible to ensure you do not miss out on your preferred dates
  • Please do not assume confirmation when selecting a tour date. The date you choose may not be available, if this occurs then the tour provider will be in contact
  • Travel insurance is not included and is required for some inclusions
  • Those who want to drive, must be a minimum of 21 years of age, must be holding a valid drivers license and have the ability to drive a manual car

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I don’t turn up for a trip booked on my travel pass?

If you are travelling on any of our Travel Passes, you will be able to re-book the trip, however you won’t receive any additional days.

Your booking number is an 8-digit number used to edit your ticket, pass or package details on our website. Your booking number can be found on your booking confirmation.

Once you have commenced travel on a pass there is no refund available. If you have made the purchase and decide you no longer need it before you have made any trips, we can arrange a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee.

No. Each pass is unique to the person it was originally issued to. If you no longer need your pass, please call 1300 473 946 for assistance.

You can manage your pass and add trips through My Greyhound account, or by entering your booking number and email address on the Manage Booking
 page. Just type your origin, destination and date into the availability search and choose the trip that works for you!

Once you have added your trips to your pass, simply show the driver your booking number when it’s time to board the coach (no need to print anything out – your phone is fine!). Make sure to have some photo ID handy in case you are asked to present it.
