From the vineyards of the Granite Belt to the rugged landscapes of the New England Highlands, our new service makes it easier than ever to explore a region defined by country hospitality, fresh local produce, spectacular national parks and vibrant regional communities.
Along the way, travellers can discover destinations like Warwick, famous for its country charm, heritage streetscapes and iconic rodeo events. In Stanthorpe, Queensland’s premier wine region awaits, with cellar doors, local produce, cool climate wines and easy access to Girraween National Park.
Crossing into New South Wales, the journey continues through Tenterfield, Glen Innes and Armidale. From Celtic heritage and World Heritage listed rainforests to dramatic gorges, waterfalls and thriving arts and culture scenes, each destination offers something a little different.
At the end of the route sits Tamworth, Australia’s Country Music Capital. But beyond the music, visitors will find a vibrant regional city surrounded by national parks, local food and wine experiences, and the welcoming spirit that defines the New England region.
